Job Responsibilities
- Product Lifecycle Management: Define and support the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products. Develop and manage the product vision, roadmap, and feature set to ensure market relevance and customer satisfaction.
- Backlog Ownership: Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will also be the ultimate authority on product features, ensuring they meet the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including portfolio managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to drive product features and objectives at both the program and team levels including advanced technical analysis, innovative design, feasibility studies, reviews and sign-offs.
- Roadmap and Strategy: Develop and drive strategic themes and roadmaps. Ensure alignment with business value creation and that products are progressing through their lifecycle.
- Stakeholder and Customer Engagement: Identify and manage relationships with key stakeholders and customers, representing their business value needs. Use these insights to shape product features and ensure alignment with customer expectations.
- Risk Management and Metrics: Identify, track, and mitigate program risks. Monitor feature progress, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
- Innovation and Process Improvement: Drive product innovation and foster continuous process improvement. Participate in system demos, product reviews, and ensure the delivery of features aligns with business value goals.
- Vendor and Financial Project Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure product delivery aligns with needs and timelines. Oversee product financials and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Product Governance: Work alongside legal, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure product development aligns with organizational standards and policies.
